Recently I had some problems with my Google profile picture disappearing from Wave, Gtalk and everything…
I reseted it few times, but it didn’t work.
The problem was coming from Pidgin, which was overriding it each time I used it… So, to fix this, if you are using pidgin, or another instant messenger, you have to uncheck the box “Use this picture” with the default image profile in your account settings in your messenger…
The other solution is to set your picture in Pidgin too.
Et voila…
